Fenn Wright builds on its period property expertise with the appointment of new senior surveyor,
Fenn Wright has appointed a new senior surveyor, Iain Bain, who is based at the firm’s head office. A highly trained and experienced professional, Iain works across Essex and Suffolk and will be responsible for building surveys, homebuyer surveys and condition reports and has specific knowledge in period properties.
Iain has 21 years’ specialist knowledge and is a registered valuer of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
Iain said: “I grew up in a timber-framed house on a farm, which ignited my interest in properties and period homes in particular. That interest has grown into a career that I am passionate about and I very much look forward to offering my expertise to Fenn Wright’s clients.
“It is great to have the opportunity to be part of a large and well respected firm that has a fantastic reputation and I can’t wait to take on this new challenge.”
