Suffolk holiday lettings agency, Best of Suffolk gear up for their best ever year in 2018
As 2017 draws to a close, there is no time to rest for Suffolk based holiday lettings agency, Best of Suffolk as they gear up to have their best year in 2018.
Since it was founded in 2006, Best of Suffolk has enjoyed consistent, year-on-year growth in both holiday bookings and the number of cottages in its portfolio and 2017 was no different. With just six properties on their books back in 2006, the company now offers over 370 properties across coastal and market towns in Suffolk, a growth of 9% from last year.
In planning for The Best of Suffolk Winter Sale, due to commence on Christmas Day, Alex Tarry, Director of Best of Suffolk, commented:-
“January is a key month for holiday sales, with 2017 accounting for almost a fifth of overall bookings for the year, and this year we’re making The Best of Suffolk Winter Sale our biggest ever. We want to shout about Suffolk and our beautiful properties and are investing more into marketing than ever before.”
Running until 31st January 2018, The Best of Suffolk Winter Sale offers customers the chance to book a holiday throughout January and February (excluding half-term) with up to 20% off on selected properties.
Best of Suffolk is driven by a passion to bring the highest standards to cottage holidays, offer an unforgettable holiday and place its customers at its heart. It is this in mind that the company will increase its opening times at the start of 2018, enabling their customers to contact them 24-7. Head of Operations, Tim Ripman commented:-
“With team bookings up 9% in 2017 compared to 2016 it goes to show that people still like talking to people and getting advice on their holiday bookings. Best of Suffolk is a very personal company, and we want to give our customers the option to call, or engage in live chat with us, whenever it suits them”.
The new service gives customers the opportunity to call 24-7 for advice and arrange a call back with a Best of Suffolk Advisor the following day if required.
Speaking of their 11th year, Alex Tarry commented, “the UK holiday cottage industry is thriving, and we’re proud to be contributing to our local economy”. In 2017 Best of Suffolk saw around 30,000 holidaymakers visit Suffolk, each spending money with local businesses across the high streets and in restaurants. Tarry commented, “the market is in a great position for continued growth, and we’re excited to see what 2018 brings”.
