Suffolk based holiday lettings agency, Best of Suffolk has a history of leading the market and has announced that they have recently increased their opening hours, making the company available 24/7 to its customers.
The company has reported a strong start to 2018, with their property portfolio standing at around 380 properties, some 7% higher than 2017. April bookings alone have seen a 9% increase over the same period last year. These stats show that tourism in Suffolk remains strong, with the key holiday period filling up, and with the release of their 2019 availability, the Badingham based company is looking set to have a strong second half to the year.
Understanding the changing digital world in which we live and work, Best of Suffolk has used the tools and technology available to them to implement their new 24/7 opening hours. Customers no longer have to find the time during their busy days to make that phone call. Instead, they can contact the Best of Suffolk team at a time that best suits them, whether this is during the day or the night.

Since it was founded in 2006, Best of Suffolk has seen year on year growth and during 2017 team bookings increased by 9%, compared to 2016. Tim Ripman commented, “The fact that team bookings alone increased during 2017 shows us that our customers like to engage with people and speak with our team about their holiday requirements. We’ve used the data gained to understand our customers and have implemented these changes to best accommodate them”.
The new 24/7 service gives customers the opportunity to call a member of the team any time, day or night, for advice on their holiday and arrange a call back with a Best of Suffolk Advisor the following day if required.
