Suffolk Estate Agent Best Estates has won a national award at the industry’s prestigious national awards ceremony.  The agency, which has offices in Aldeburgh and Beccles, and is soon to open a new branch in Sudbury, received the ‘New Agency of the Year’ award at a black tie ceremony hosted by comedian Ed Byrne.

The judges commented that Best Estates was “Hugely impressive with very clear branding, effectively used, along with highly original marketing.”

The Negotiator Awards, seen as the Oscars for Estate Agency, were held this week (1st Nov) at the London Hilton Hotel overlooking Hyde Park. Competition was fierce, with over 700 estate agents from across the UK competing for an award at the event.

The action packed day commenced with a variety of seminars, presentations and interactive sessions, including panel debates and demonstrations with some of the leading experts in the field.

Director Matthew Piercy said:  “We’re extremely proud to receive this prestigious award on behalf of the whole Best Estates team. We have a very clear vision of what we want to achieve within the Estate agency sector, and this award recognises our aim to provide exceptional marketing, along with a powerful brand and of course achieving great results for our clients.”

Director Alex Tarry added: “We’re delighted, but the real winners are our incredible team, who also share the same vision we have. This award is a testament to them for their immense work ethic and ability to provide the very best service.”

Best Estates was founded in spring 2014 with the primary objectives of bringing a breath of fresh air to this region’s estate agency sector; putting their clients and purchasers at the heart of their thinking; and supported by clear business measures behind a strong brand.

With this award, and the business’s third office in Sudbury opening this month, Best Estates is undoubtedly on a roll, however they are clear that they are continuously striving for improvement as they continue to move the business forward.

The business was set up as a sister business to the holiday cottage agency ‘Best of Suffolk’, which was founded in 2006 by Suffolk entrepreneurs Alex and Naomi Tarry, and has just celebrated its 10th birthday.  The couple launched Best of Suffolk with a mission to bring the standards of boutique hotels to self-catering accommodation, and they have successfully grown the award-winning business year on year to over 300 holiday properties.
